Milos, the beautiful Cyclades Island with 71 beaches, is the location of VILLA MARIA – PEIROUNAKIS, constructed in 1898, renovated 5 years ago and situated in the centre of Adamantas village. It is an authentic traditional Cycladic house, divided into two fully equipped two-room apartments. Furniture and the equipment of the apartments in general exude the charm of the old times. It is 3 minutes away by feet from Adamantas beach, cafes, shops, seaside taverns and the sandy, always calm, beach of Lagkada, which is ideal for swimming. There are parking spaces on the surrounding streets, daily cleaning service, while the neighbourhood is quiet and friendly. Both apartments are equipped with kitchen, TV, air-condition, fridge, toaster, hair dryer and safe box, and they both have a yard.

Apartment no 1 extends over 37m2 and has two ground-floor rooms, while apartment no 2 is 45m2 duplex apartment. Each apartment can accommodate 3 people and we have free wifi internet.

MAISONETTE (2)

This apartment provides you all the necessary comforts in order to provide you the most comfortable stay.
The size of the apartment is 45m2 and is split leveled (Maisonnette).
Each room has its own entrance and is connected between them with an internal staircase.
On the lower lever there is a kitchen, bathroom with shower, a single bed, settee, table, TV. On the upper level there is a double bed, closet and TV. The rooms are air-conditioned and have a free Wi-Fi Internet connection, toaster, coffee-maker and hair-dryer. A daily cleaning is being provided ad there is a yard proper in offering you more times of relaxation – It can host up to 3 persons.

Apartment 1

This apartment provides you all the necessary comforts in order to provide you the most comfortable stay.
The size of the apartment is 37m2 and is separated in two ground rooms. The first room is equipped with a kitchen, a single bed, settee, table and bathroom with a shower. The second room is equipped with a double bed, closet and TV. The rooms are air-conditioned and have free Wi-Fi Internet connection, toaster, coffee-maker and hair-dryer. A daily cleaning is being provided and there is a yard proper in offering you more times of relaxation – It can host up to 3 persons.
